How quickly can you help?
It depends on how urgent the problem is: for urgent faults we are usually there within one working day, less urgent requests are handled as soon as possible – throughout Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland. Many issues can be solved immediately via remote support.
Do you service devices that were not bought from you?
Yes, if it is a Sharp, Canon or Brother device – whether rented, bought or leased from another provider. We do not maintain devices from other brands such as HP, Ricoh or Kyocera, but we can usually repair them (see next question).
Do you also repair HP, Ricoh or Kyocera printers?
Yes. We can usually repair printers and copiers from HP, Ricoh, Kyocera and other manufacturers as well – on site or via remote support. If a device can no longer be repaired sensibly, we offer a suitable alternative from our range: to rent or to buy, new or used.
How much does a maintenance contract cost?
It depends on the device and print volume. Our service packages have a fixed monthly fee including toner, spare parts and labour – you receive an individual quote.
